GENERAL
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The

are listed on eBay by lmmsla
are assured by that seller;
lmmsla does its best to
photograph and describe every
artwork so that the buyer will
receive an accurate indication
as to the products
condition. Due
to the respective age of the
artwork(s), it is reasonable
for the purchaser to expect
that there is normal foxing,
spotting, and other average
conditions of the
materials used in the creation
of the artwork. Therefore,
lmmsla requests that the buyer
perform a thorough examination
through the photographs
exhibited in the auction
listing for faults in the general
condition of the artwork, as
the seller shall not be
responsible for defects
in the product due to the
natural aging process.

The
product described in the above
listing is being sold
"attributed & ascribed to
the artist" (see
About Me page for a glossary
of terms). All the documents
displayed in above listing
shall be provided to the

pictured, each document that
is provided to the purchaser
is an original copy of the
respective document. An
original customized transfer
of ownership document from the
present owner of the artwork
shall be issued to the winning
bidder. Upon transfer
of payment in full by
the purchaser, all documents
to be included with the
respective artwork shall be
signed and notarized by the
present owner; this shall act
in addition to any
pre-existing notarization
present on the documentation.
FRAMING
AND MATTING:
Every
artwork that is being offered
is fully framed and in some
cases matted, unless stated
otherwise. The majority of the
artworks listed are in frames
of matching period to the
respective artwork. Due to the
advanced age of many of the
frames and or framing
materials, the condition of
the frame and or its
accompanying materials is not
assured.

perform any necessary due diligence
before bidding on any products
